Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide supervisory and consultation services for ABA programs at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will oversee behavior programming conduct FBAs develop BIPs and provide behavioral consultation to school teams.

Requirements:
Current BCBA certification issued by the BACB
Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst license where applicable
Minimum 3 years of school-based or equivalent clinical experience with students with ASD
Experience supervising RBTs and/or behavior technicians required
Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies including DTT and NET
Support implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Collect analyze and graph student behavior data
Support direct individual and/or group ABA sessions as specified in student IEPs
Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior documentation as directed
Participate in staff and parent coaching efforts as appropriate
Coordinate with BCBA supervisors for clinical oversight
Any other duties as assigned within scope
