Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Design monitor and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related behavioral or social-communication needs while supervising and developing the technicians who deliver that care. Compensation: $80000$110000 per year Location: Las Vegas Nevada Licensure: BCBA certification is required. Candidates must meet applicable Nevada licensure requirements. What you will do Develop treatment plans and teaching programs grounded in assessment data and behavior-analytic principles. Supervise coach and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists. Maintain data measurement analysis documentation and reporting systems. Ensure treatment plans meet insurance contract and professional standards. Consult with families care teams and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings. Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support. Qualifications Masters degree in special education psychology or a related field. Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families. Knowledge of autism assessment tools positive behavior support planning and current ABA methods. Strong organization documentation and interpersonal communication skills. Valid drivers license reliable transportation and an insurable driving record.
