We are currently seeking a passionate motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Yonkers NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical excellence collaboration flexibility and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs.

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise mentor and support paraprofessionals and behavior staff
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Modify programming based on clinical data and treatment outcomes
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with families schools and interdisciplinary providers
  • Ensure high-quality ethical and evidence-based ABA services

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with behavioral assessments treatment planning and data analysis
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
