You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
You hold a Masters degree in Psychology or a related field
Youre comfortable conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
You enjoy supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
You value caregiver collaboration teamwork and measurable client progress
You have strong communication organization and clinical decision-making skills
Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply

Base salary: $90000$100000 annually
