Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up toa10-clientcaseload sized so you candoyour best work rather than just manage volume.

Day to day you can expect to design and guide ABA programs conduct assessments supervise and mentor your RBT team lead parent training sessions and collaborate directly with yourmultidisciplinary teamon shared clients. Documentation flexibility meansas long asyour job responsibilities are metyou can handle notes and indirect tasks fromhomeso your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.

• $250 CEU reimbursementincreasing up to $1500 annually with tenure

Compensation

New BCBAs receive a salary compensation range of $78000$82000/ we have a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 ($9000 annually).

Sign-on bonus
