What Youll Do

As a BCBA youll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing clinical data
• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment adjustments
• Training and supporting caregivers families and staff
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Staying current with ABA best practices and ethical standards

What Were Looking For

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience in ABA special education or a related field preferred
