Were hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants work-life balance collaborative multidisciplinary support and a supportive environment focused on play-based pediatric care.
Youll step into an outpatient role focused on child-led ABA therapy conducting assessments developing individualized treatment plans and supervising RBTs. Youll work alongside Speech OT and PT providers while maintaining clinical autonomy and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Youll practice in Grain Valley MO with convenient access to Kansas City metro amenities outdoor recreation and a close-knit community.

You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85000$87350 annually
Part-time opportunities available at $51 per hour
