Dallas Healthcare Consultants is recruiting a BCBA for an autism and rehabilitation provider in Edinburg Texas. This opportunity offers flexible weekday scheduling and a weekly expectation of 2528 billable hours.

Compensation and Schedule

• $80000$90000 annual salary depending on experience.

• Full-time in-person position.

• 2528 billable hours per week.

• Flexible scheduling within office hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities.

• 10 days of PTO and paid holidays after completing the 90-day probationary period.

• Electronic medical record system planned; platform selection is underway.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skill assessments.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Analyze treatment data and adjust interventions based on progress.

• Supervise and support behavior technicians.

• Provide caregiver education and training.

• Collaborate with families and other treating professionals.

• Complete accurate timely clinical documentation.

• Deliver ethical compassionate individualized care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.

• Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential by the start date.

• Strong assessment treatment planning and clinical supervision skills.

• Effective communication organization and documentation skills.

• Commitment to supporting clients and families through evidence-based care.
