Were seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Phoenix team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Provide supervision coaching and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB state federal)
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
• Support funding source communication as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
• Strong communication leadership and time management skills
