Whether youre an experienced BCBA or newly certified if youre committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential we want to meet Youll DoAs a Pediatric BCBA youll help children with a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) along with a range of other developmental and behavioral needs develop skills build independence and thrive in their daily responsibilities will include:Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed) develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as neededComplete initial evaluations and re-evaluations every 6 monthsProvide direct therapy (as needed) along with supervision of Behavior Management Therapists (BMTs) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs)Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as neededPartner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settingsMaintain timely and clear documentation for assessments supervision and program modificationsCollaborate with a team of OTs PTs SLPs EI and mental health professionalsWhat Youll BringMasters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationLicensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North DakotaA genuine passion for working with children and familiesPediatric experience preferred but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
