BMC Helix Developer

Pay Range: $73 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and enhance applications on the BMC Helix platform.
• Develop and customize ITSM modules (Incident Change Problem Service Request) forms workflows business rules and UI components.
• Build workflows using Developer Studio / Innovation Studio / Digital Workplace configuring approvals notifications escalations and automation logic.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs / SOAP / Web services building connectors and data exchange processes.
• Design and maintain CMDB data models and asset lifecycles ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Helix Dashboards KPI tracking) and perform performance analysis and monitoring.
• Enable application migration from the old platform to Innovation Studio ensuring existing application functionality remains intact.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10 years of Helix development experience.
• Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy.
• Experience with BMC Helix migrations.
• Proficient in workflow development (Active Links Filters Escalations).
• Skilled in APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting stakeholder management and leadership skills.
