Blue Yonder TMS Functional Expert with EDI | On-site role.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Blue Yonder TMS Functional Expert with deep EDI expertise to own the configuration integration and support of our Blue Yonder Transportation Management System.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands transportation operations as well as EDI mapping and is comfortable being the go-to person.

Blue Yonder TMS Functional Expertise
Act as the SME for Blue Yonder TMS order management planning and optimization tendering execution and freight audit and pay.
Translate business requirements into configuration including routing guides rate tables business rules carrier setup and user roles.
Lead functional testing for upgrades patches and periodic releases.
Maintain functional design documents configuration specifications and process flows.

EDI Design and Support
Build and maintain EDI transaction sets used across TMS operations includingand 997.
Own trading partner onboarding specification review mapping testing and go live activities for new carriers and customers.
Troubleshoot transaction failures and mapping errors across VAN AS2 SFTP and API connections.
Work with integration teams to resolve issues between TMS ERP WMS and partner systems.

Testing Quality
Lead or support SIT UAT and Day in the Life testing cycles with an EDI specific lens.
Write test scripts covering standard edge case and exception flows.
Validate mappings acknowledgments including 997 and 999 and end to end reconciliation.
Own defect triage and root cause analysis through go live and hyper care.

Production Support
Provide L2 and L3 support for TMS and EDI incidents within SLA.
Monitor transaction queues and error logs and proactively address failures before they become escalations.
Drive automation and standardization to reduce manual exception handling.
Serve as the connective expert between business users IT and external partners on all TMS and EDI related activities.
