RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Must meet our 3 core values; Safety Sustainability and Continuous troubleshooting and repair of plant control processing steel cable and fabric conveyor belts. Machining (lathe milling machine etc.).Welding/ work (hydraulic motors pumps etc.).Equipment operation (forklifts man-lifts etc.). Understanding plant designs and processes with plant equipment and facilities. Reading and/or using blueprints and other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Must have a work ethic that allows him/her to demonstrate his/her ability daily with minimal have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work with others in a team be willing to work in adverse conditions including but not limited to extreme heat cold dust rain snow and wind as well as frequent contact with grease and successful candidate must possess or obtain Wyoming Mine Foreman certification within one year of accepting have basic computer skills. Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance. Must be able to work rotating shifts. Must be at least 18 years EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Plant and/or general heavy maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
