• Prepare the Soup of the Day from scratch using fresh ingredients and established recipes.

• Create and prepare daily salad and sandwich specials.

• Keep the pantry fully stocked and organized with all required menu items and ingredients.

• Prepare and cook made-to-order items from the lunch menu while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Properly date label and store all prepared food and ingredients according to food-safety standards.

• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen and work area throughout the shift.

• Follow and complete the daily kitchen checklist to ensure all tasks and preparations are completed.

• Assist with special events catering and additional kitchen duties as needed.

• Follow proper food-handling sanitation and safety procedures at all times.

• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent food quality.
