Bioanalysis Leadership Opportunities

• Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams
• Drive bioanalytical method development assay development and laboratory innovation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies
• Oversee laboratory instrumentation equipment lifecycle activities qualification programs and operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific quality and business objectives
• Champion continuous improvement operational excellence and compliance initiatives
• Support talent development succession planning and employee engagement programs

• Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline required
• 9years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR7years experience in a laboratory environment
• Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies bioanalytical method developmentlaboratory operational managementand analytical problem solvingin regulated bioanalysis
• Experience leading laboratory instrumentation metrology equipment qualification calibration or maintenance programs
• Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Proven ability to lead mentor and develop scientific teams
• Strong project management communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Experience driving quality compliance operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Strong scientific judgment and technical decision-making capabilities
