Bindery Operator 1Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 with a 7% increase for second and third shift. Additional Incentives:$100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement$100 Safety Glasses ReimbursementCompany will provide all tools necessary2 Weeks VacationTraining providedWork Hours: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:00pm 8-10 hour shiftsLocation: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for the South an Assistant Machine Operator you will:Set up Adjust & Operate a single piece of MachineryParticipate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator positionInspect equipment for safety issuesMonitor quality output and productivityLearn to utilize tools to measure and adjust machine to target levelsLearn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as requiredAssist lead operator with providing guidance to crew membersWork in a team environment and cross-train with othersPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 20-50 poundsAbility to stand for the duration of your shiftQualifications:Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
