WhatYoullDo

• Learn tooperateand set up bindery equipment (cutters folders stitchers and perfect binders)

• Keep machines running smoothly bymaking adjustmentsand monitoring quality

• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving

• Follow safety procedures and helpmaintaina clean organized workspace

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of hands-on experience setting up and running machinery
• Great communication skills youre comfortable following instructions and know when to ask questions
• Confidence reading work orders safety guidelines and operating procedures
• A solid grasp of basic math and measuring tools
• A problem-solvers mindset you enjoy figuring out whats wrong and fixing it
• Mechanical curiosity and the ability to understand how equipment works with the know-how to make routine adjustments

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with Press operations.

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift

• Fast-paced team-oriented production floor

• Lift up to 20lbsoccasionally
