Position summary: Roy Jorgensen is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist responsible for overseeing highway accident property damage claims including claims analysis billing and collections. This includes investigating claim details preparing accurate invoices and following up on outstanding payments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare invoices ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices ensuring timely payments from customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
• Resolve billing issues such as discrepancies or disputes by communicating with customers
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports
• Provide excellent customer service to the customers

Required Experience/Skills:

• Time and Material billing preparations
• Accounting degree or comparable work
• Proficiency in general computer skills to include MS Word Excel
• Strong organization and independent work skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-focused approach
• Minimum 10 years billing or accounting experience

Schedule: Full time Monday Friday

Salary: $25.00- $28.00/hr compensation is depending on candidate experience and certifications.
