Engagement Description
Responsible for analysis and review of routine and complex billing inquiries received by ASC customers in Small Middle and Key & Large group space. Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of group customer billing systems as well as supporting month end financial activities.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (contract agency testing preferred).
Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting.
Advanced analytical organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Experience in customer-driven environments.
Billing accounting or similar experience in office management.
Strong financial acumen skills.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Ability to conduct variance analysis and account reconciliation.
Experience reviewing and preparing financial information for accuracy and completeness.
Experience collaborating between IT-driven areas and business areas.
Education/Certifications Include:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Healthcare or similar field is preferred
