• Manage monthly invoicing activities including validating invoice data making necessary adjustments and ensuring processes are followed accurately.
• Maintain invoicing procedures and help ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Create monthly client metric reporting for the Client Services team.
• Analyze data and provide reporting or insights to support other teams across the organization.
• Lead and review invoicing and data-quality work completed by Billing Specialists.
• Work closely with Finance Data Integrity and Data Analytics to resolve issues and support accurate client billing and reporting.
• Develop an understanding of system usage and recurring issues to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in invoicing-related application testing and special projects as needed.

• 12 years of general administrative experience.
• Accounting billing or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data identify trends connect information and clearly summarize findings.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data.
• Excellent organization planning prioritization and follow-through.
• Experience within hospice DME pharmacy managed care or another healthcare environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in business accounting healthcare or a related area is preferred.

Your work helps ensure Dragonfly Health gets billing right gives our clients reliable information and turns operational data into insights that can improve the business.
