Biller Account Receivable

A Biller / Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing invoices tracking payments managing outstanding balances resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring that payments are collected accurately and on time.

• Generate and send out invoices to patients for services rendered at Chiro Center One
• Process payments received and update accounting records accordingly
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and late payments
• Handle billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare reports for management

• Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

1-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting

Salary Range: $27.55 - $35.60 per hour
