Bilingual Waterproofing Technicians

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Bilingual Waterproofing Technicians for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity supporting projects in Baton Rouge LA. This position offers steady high-hour work schedules of 6070 hours per week typically working 7 days per week with some Sundays off.

Pay is $18 per hour with strong earning potential due to consistent overtime. Heavy travel is required and employees will receive $30 per day per diem plus single-occupancy lodging is provided. Workers are transported to job sites in company vehicles.

This work requires individuals who are dependable safety-focused and able to meet federal base access requirements.

• Perform waterproofing caulking and water intrusion prevention work

• Assist with roofing-related waterproofing applications

• Seal joints cracks and penetrations to prevent moisture intrusion

• Work safely on commercial and federal job sites

• Follow all safety regulations and site-specific requirements

• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards

• Prior experience in roofing caulking waterproofing or water intrusion repair preferred

• Valid drivers license required

• Must pass a drug screen

• Must pass background check suitable for federal base access

• Ability to work extended hours (6070 hours/week)

• Can speak and understand English and Spanish fluently

• Single-occupancy lodging provided when traveling

• $30/day per diem when traveling
