Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (EnglishSpanish)

SelecSource is seeking an energetic bilingual and results-driven Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in Suwanee GA. This position plays a vital role in supporting our clients by recruiting onboarding and managing a reliable workforce. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Source recruit interview and screen candidates for light industrial and clerical positions

• Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish

• Manage the onboarding process including new hire paperwork E-Verify orientations and employment documentation

• Fill open positions efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards

• Monitor employee attendance performance and retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees

• Coordinate daily staffing needs employee call-offs and shift coverage

• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and employment regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years of staffing recruiting or high-volume hiring experience preferred

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment

• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service
