Gerald Kia of North Aurora is looking for a motivated customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English to join our sales team.

Automotive sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant youll assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process from their initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and follow-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases

• Respond to internet phone and showroom opportunities

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone text and email

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Prospect for new business and develop your own customer base

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM

• Stay current on Kia products technology incentives and competitive vehicles

• Complete required product training and certifications

• Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals

• Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction and sales performance

Required:

• Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional dependable and motivated

• Comfortable communicating with customers in person over the phone through text and by email

• Willing to learn accept coaching and continuously improve

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Previous automotive sales experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Experience using a CRM or other customer management system

No automotive experience We are willing to train the right candidate.

Candidates with experience in retail wireless sales hospitality restaurants real estate customer service or other sales-driven environments are encouraged to apply.

• Pay range for this position:$50000 - $200000(Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education)
