Personal Lines Account Manager (Spanish Bilingual)

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (Spanish Bilingual) to join a team. This role is a vital part of a Personal Lines department reporting directly to the Personal Lines Director. The successful candidate will manage a book of standard accounts providing exceptional service to clients while handling new and renewal business.

• Salary Range: $55000 - $75000 (depending on experience)

• Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts including accounts up to $20000 in size.
• Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
