Briggs Auto Group Manhattan is growing and looking for a motivated Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative to join our team!

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a background in customer service retail hospitality or call centers we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships with customers through phone calls text messages email social media and in-person interactions
• Follow up with internet leads showroom traffic previous customers and phone inquiries
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Explain vehicle features financing options warranties and available incentives
• Translate and communicate information clearly for customers when needed
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the dealershipCRM
• Prospect for new business opportunities and referrals within the community
• Deliver a transparent friendly and professional customer experience
• Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Professional appearance and strong follow-up habits
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
