What Youll Do
As a Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager youll coordinate medical care for injured workers and act as the connective tissue between providers employers adjusters and attorneys:
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans
- Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate across providers employers attorneys and carriers
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Prepare timely detailed case management reports
- Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations
What You Bring
- Active Texas RN license
- 3 years of Workers Comp Field Case Management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation across the greater Amarillo area
- Malpractice insurance or the ability to obtain it
- CCM CRRN or similar certification a plus
