Location:Houston Texas. This is a full-time on-site position where youll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment.

Note:Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar be fluent in both English and Spanish and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.

Job Description

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Meet with clients build trust and provide compassionate legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve favorable settlements.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions attend hearings mediations and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
• Experience evaluating personal injury claims.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized detail-oriented and team focused.
