Flexible Schedule Hybrid Field-Based Role Bilingual Required
For over 30 years The IMA Group has provided high-quality medical and case management services nationwide. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers to support workers compensation cases in the St. Louis area.
- Flexible scheduling and caseload opportunities
- Independent role with professional autonomy
- No bedside care routine weekends or on-call responsibilities
- Hybrid work combining local travel and remote documentation
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on injured workers recovery
- Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers.
- Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress.
- Communicate with providers employers insurance adjusters and attorneys.
- Prepare case management reports and documentation.
- Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed.
- Active Missouri RN license.
- Minimum 3 years of Workers Compensation Field Case Management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain.
- CCM CRRN or related certifications preferred.
