POSITION SUMMARYThe Bilingual Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) Clinician provides model adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The Bilingual MDFT OUD Clinician will go through the MDFT certification process obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours and obtain experience in the adolescent parent and family clinical Multidimensional Family Therapy-Opioid Use Disorder (MDFT-OUD) program is an innovative and evidence-based intensive in-home treatment program for adolescents and young adults ages 12-21 presenting with opioid use disorder complex behavioral health or social and emotional challenges.*Bilingual Required - Must be able to speak Spanish and English.$5000 Sign-on Bonus! Half paid upon hire and half paid at one year of service! Salary-$62000Bilingual Stipend - $4576 (annual paid out throughout the year)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSMarriage and Family TherapyCounselingSocial WorkandDoctorate in (s) Required: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA LMFTA LPC LMFT or Psychologist. If you are a MSW a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community based on program New Haven and New Britain. Works collaboratively with internal and external providers Meets with families based on model expectations Provides service in the office remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g. homes schools hospitals institutions other community locations) as defined by the program. May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate. Work in a team to provide wrap around services to the family both clinical andcase management Participate in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis.
