Bilingual Leasing Consultant No Experience Required

Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys helping others find their next home We are looking for a Bilingual Leasing Consultant who is fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents helping them navigate the leasing process while showcasing the features and benefits of our residential community. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will help build strong relationships address resident needs and support the communitys leasing and occupancy goals.

Previous leasing experience is welcome but candidates with backgrounds in sales hospitality or customer service are also encouraged to apply.

Leasing and Resident Engagement

• Assist prospective and current residents in English and Spanish through in-person phone and online communication.
  

• Conduct property tours and explain apartment features rental rates availability and lease terms.
  

• Respond to inquiries follow up with prospects and help convert leads into completed applications.
  

• Provide professional assistance to residents and address questions or concerns promptly.
  

Application and Property Administration

• Process rental applications lease agreements renewals and related documentation.
  

• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems.
  

• Coordinate move-ins move-outs and unit inspections.
  

• Help ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
  

Marketing and Team Support

• Support marketing efforts community outreach and lead-generation activities.
  

• Monitor apartment availability and assist with occupancy goals.
  

• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain smooth daily operations and a positive resident experience.
  

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Previous experience in leasing property management sales or customer service is preferred.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  

• Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software.
  

• Willingness to work on-site and accommodate weekend schedules when needed.
  

You are approachable proactive and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. You enjoy helping prospective residents find a suitable home can explain information clearly in both English and Spanish and understand the importance of timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
