Bilingual HR Specialist

Location: Pasadena TX 77507

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings screening resumes coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies procedures and programs.

• 2 years experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
