The Customer Service Representative will assist with enhancing customer satisfaction increasing sales opportunities and building meaningful customer relationships.

Job Duties:

• Respond to internet phone chat and text inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about vehicles of interest
• Generate and coordinate sales appointments
• Follow up with customers by phone
• Enter and maintain customer information in our database
• Maintain positive relationships with customers
• Provide bilingual customer support in Spanish and English

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing
• Some college experience or graduate
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be organized reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
