We need a Bilingual Counter Sales Associate who will be the face of Chucks the first person our customers trust when they walk in or call. If you speak Spanish and English fluently your skills are not just a bonus here they are a competitive advantage that we will reward.

What Youll Be Doing
Help customers in English AND Spanish find the right parts in person and by phone
Provide accurate quotes check inventory and coordinate with our yard and warehouse teams
Deliver outstanding customer service every customer every time
Navigate inventory systems POS software and parts lookup tools
Turn opportunities into sales and build lasting customer relationships

Speak Spanish and English fluently this is a key part of the role
Love helping customers solve problems
Have experience in auto parts repair body shop dealership auction or salvage OR are eager to learn
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same

Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Required
Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
Strong communication skills phone skills are a must!
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Bonus Points (Not Required):
Experience with recycled reman or aftermarket parts
Background in collision mechanical repair or heavy equipment
ASE certifications
