Bilingual Caregiver with Memory Care Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate patient and upbeat caregiver with experience supporting individuals living with dementia and/or Alzheimers disease. The ideal candidate is someone who brings a positive attitude understanding and kindness to their work while helping clients feel safe comfortable and valued.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience caring for individuals with dementia and/or Alzheimers disease.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Up-to-date vaccinations required for working in nursing home settings.
• Exceptional patience empathy and a positive upbeat personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate person-centered care.
• Dependable attentive and committed to maintaining each clients dignity comfort and quality of life.
• Pass a background check
