RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help our customers solve their transportation needs.
- Obtain vehicle information
- Dispatch work to technicians
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time and parts estimated arrival
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Great communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable with latest technology.
- Past experience as a Service Advisor Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is desired.
- High energy level and desire to serve.
- Commitment to a long term career with a growing organization.
