What Youll Do

Help customers in Spanish and English at the counter and over the phone.

Ask questions listen carefully and help customers find the right parts.

Learn to look up parts check inventory prepare quotes and process orders accurately.

Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.

Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.

Build trust through friendly service honest answers and attention to detail.

This is an active customer service and sales role. You will balance phone calls walk-in customers and order details. Accuracy and follow-through matter even on busy days. Youll have support as you learn and well expect consistent effort in return.

What You Need

Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.

A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.

Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

Clear communication and comfort helping customers in person and by phone.

Dependable attendance and the ability to work on site in York.

Previous automotive experience is welcome but not required. Experience in retail restaurants customer service or other hands-on work can also be a strong foundation.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Required

Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly

Strong communication skills phone skills are a must!

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Bonus Points (Not Required):

Experience with recycled reman or aftermarket parts

Background in collision mechanical repair or heavy equipment

ASE certifications
