LOCATION: Columbia River Elementary/ McClintock Elementary

HOURS: 7.00/day - Monday-Friday

Columbia River: Monday Tuesday alternating Wednesdays

McClintock: Alternating Wednesdays Thursday Friday

Salary: $26.70- $27.95

$27.34 - $28.62 Bachelors Degree

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)
  • AA Degree or 2 years at an instutition of higher education;
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
  • Ability to proficiently read speak and write both Spanish and English
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service and responsiveness
  • Ability to use a variety of computer software programs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with staff students and patrons
  • Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional cooperative working relationships
  • Demonstrated punctuality and an excellent work attendance record
  • Must work within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate and model above average language skills
  • Ability to follow supervisory directions and employ personal initiative when necessary
  • Passing score on district administered bilingual test.

DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required but would be useful to the position)

  • Previous experience coordinating and/or adminstrating state and district required assessments

GENERAL REPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees coordinates and administers appropriate and/or required testing of students as directed by administrator.
  • Maintains all state district school and program testing documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicates regularly with the administrator overseeing building assessments
  • Works flexible hours during peak assessment windows
  • Works in partnership with assessment staff including District Assessment Supervisor school administration facilitators and paraeducators
  • Distributes appropriate reports and data to staff in a timely manner
  • Attends and participates in the districts monthly facilitator meetings as required
  • Works within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
