Bilingual Appointment Setter Spanish-English MedSpa Full Time

• Make outbound calls to warm leads 200 calls minimum per day
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary goal: book high-quality consultations that show up and convert

• Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Outbound calling experience in any setting: call center appointment setting collections fundraising leasing medical scheduling recruiting insurance follow-up or door-to-door
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional warm rather than pushy
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) and weekend availability required

• $20 per hour base
• Bonus for every consultation that arrives
• Additional $35 for every same-day booking that shows
