Beverage Operations Manager – Columbus, OH

The Beverage Operations Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations with a focus on beverage quality presentation service standards sanitation and safety. This role supports team supervision evaluates employee performance and helps maintain efficient operations while delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and implementation of operational standards.

• Maintain high standards for beverage preparation quality consistency and presentation.

• Monitor beverage service to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Oversee work assignments and help evaluate team member performance.

• Recommend personnel actions based on employee performance when appropriate.

• Respond to guest questions requests and complaints professionally.

• Collaborate with management and coworkers to support efficient restaurant operations.

• Maintain proper personal hygiene and comply with uniform and appearance standards.

• Follow applicable health sanitation and workplace safety guidelines.

• Report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment and materials are used properly.

• Understand and follow emergency procedures company policies and established operating standards.

• Support a positive collaborative and guest-focused work environment.

• Experience in beverage operations or restaurant management preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Knowledge of beverage preparation presentation sanitation and service standards.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Ability to evaluate employee performance and support team development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment.

• Commitment to hospitality teamwork and operational excellence.

• BarSafe and ServSafe certifications preferred.
