Job Title: Benefit Systems Integration Admin

Location: Columbia SC
Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training
Hiring Range: $40000 - $45000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)
Commitment: Two-Year Commitment to The Cason Group; One-Year Commitment to the Integration Admin role
Our Benefit Systems Team works with insurance advisors employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. As an Integration Admin you will help execute day-to-day integration support tasks assist with open enrollment activities manage routine system updates and serve as a resource for resolving basic integration and enrollment discrepancies.
What Our Integration Admins Do:
Support Enrollment & Eligibility Operations: Assist with group enrollment and eligibility processes for medical ancillary and worksite products while helping ensure information is accurate current and updated in internal systems. Secure online access for new team members or new groups support group lifecycle activities complete termination processes and remove groups from active operational workloads once complete.
Assist with Integration Support: Support Integration Support Specialists with the 834 open enrollment process including obtaining account structures completing carrier questionnaires and entering feed progress updates into internal systems. Help process system updates and build changes for existing groups based on incoming requests.
Communicate & Collaborate Across Teams: Respond to agents employer groups carriers and internal teams within required timeframes while developing strong working relationships with advisors group administrators carrier EDI teams and internal departments. Prioritize workload based on urgency and regularly communicate escalated issues to a supervisor.
Support Implementation During High-Volume Periods: Serve as a backup to the Implementation team and provide support with implementation-related tasks during heavier volume periods.
Continue Learning & Supporting the Team: Attend carrier seminars and trainings provide on-the-job training for new employees when needed and satisfactorily complete the AHIP Fundamentals A exam.
