Looking for a Multi-Modality tech for our night shift hours located in Beloit : Monday-Thursday 9p-7aRequirements:Graduate of an accredited radiography program - Education verification requiredARRT registered in Radiography ARRT registered in CT WI-DSPS radiographer license AHA Provider BLS/CPR requiredESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains active status in the modalities in which they the department coordinator by providing clinical leadership completes projects advanced level clinical duties and regular assignments as competent in all exams performed within the assigned patient clinical history with procedure ensuring information is documented and available for use by the the patient for procedures providing instructions to obtain desired results gain cooperation and minimize and operates imaging equipment image capture devices and accessories to successfully perform patient to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest respecting patient ability and comfort; immobilizes patient as aseptic technique as necessaryPrepares and administers contrast media as appropriate to procedures performed; starts and maintains intravenous basic life support action when patient input for supply and equipment decisions maintains control of inventory and supplies for assigned practical instruction for students and universal protocol standard precautions and appropriate patient identifiers.
