Sat Oct:00 AM RSVP: October:00 PM RSVP: Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS youll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. Youll play a key role in helping children build communication social and adaptive skills all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
• Create and maintain a safe positive and supportive environment during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
• Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years or older (required)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Reliable transportation active car insurance active drivers license (required)
• Ability to pass background checks (DOJ/FBI Child Abuse Index) (required)
• Bachelors degree or currently enrolled in college courses (preferred)
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Patience empathy and a passion for helping others

Pay:

• Behavior Technician: $20$27/hr (based on experience)
