Behavioral Program SupervisorSalary $50000 - $59000Behavioral Program Supervisor in our Beverly Futures CenterDo you have a background in behavior management and therapeutic crisis intervention Bring your commitment and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As the Behavioral Supervisor in our Futures Center you will be responsible for administrative support and guidance in all aspects of the Behavioral Management Program including direct supervision of Behavior Technicians. This is a Center Based role Monday - and lead Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent utilization of Behavior Management techniques that promote a smooth functioning environment and MSDE assigned staff with performance evaluations scheduling orientation and recommendations for decisions on employee hires transfers promotions salary changes discipline terminations corrective action plans and similar actions. Resolve employee problems and serve as a resource within position as a liaison to other departments within the agency and participate as a member of the administrative management team on behalf of the school; attend school meetings including and supervise one-to-one advocates from outside and maintain supportive working relationships within the agency school and broader community service as a behavioral consultant to school treatment team and/or agency staff regarding any facet of a students educational and behavioral and support staff in the use of the Behavior Management System including in-service training and professional as part of the admissions team for intake and orientation of new educational and behavioral classroom direction as behavioral progress reports and summaries on a students functioning for the educational and clinical departments including documentation for annual reviews and on-call coverage on a rotational basis when the agency and school are 1:1 treatmentQualifications: High School Diploma required.
