As a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) youll play an important role in helping children with behavioral health diagnoses - including and primarily children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - develop skills gain independence and reach meaningful goals that can positively impact their everyday lives. And the best part You dont need to be an ABA expert to get started. Well teach you.

As a BHT youll work one-on-one with children helping them learn skills that matter in the real worldfrom communicating and building relationships to becoming more independent and navigating everyday activities.

Those moments are why we do what we do. Every client is different which means every day brings something new. Youll follow an individualized treatment plan developed by our clinical team and use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies including positive reinforcement to help each child make meaningful progress.

You wont be doing it alone. Our BHTs work closely with BCBAs and other members of our clinical team receiving ongoing support coaching and feedback along the way.
