Behavioral HealthHR Manager
A Great Opportunity / Full-Time / $60000 per year
At ViaQuest our Circle of Care model ensures the people we serve remain active participants in their own care through compassionate innovative and person-centered services. ViaQuest provides specialized support through Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions Day & Employment Services and Residential Services.
This position will exclusively support the Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division partnering with operational leaders and employees to deliver day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Oversee all HR operations throughout assigned location(s).
- Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plansper company policy.
- Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including equal employment opportunity and labor laws.
- Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports metrics and documentation as requested.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements for this position include:
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations performance management and training and development.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational time management and decision-making skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
