What Youll Do:
As a Behavior Technician with Kaleidoscope ABA youll receive comprehensive training to provide essential support for children with autism helping them build skills for everyday life. No prior experience in ABA is requiredjust a passion for helping children succeed. Youll work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement treatment plans encourage positive behaviors and collect data on each childs progress. With Kaleidoscope ABA youll find a supportive team meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

What Were Looking For:

HS Diploma or GED.
Experience working with children in settings such as daycare child care pre-k and as teachers assistants or paraprofessionals within a school-environment.
The ability to learn new concepts quickly - Strong communication skills to connect with children and families - A passion for making a positive impact in childrens lives.
It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job which may include long periods of standing sitting following pushing/pulling equipment and/or lifting up to 50 lbs.
