Applied Behavioral Analysis Services LLC (ABAS) is hiring both experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as well as new Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team of life- changing professionals in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field. These roles are responsible for providing ABA intervention services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes community and/or school settings under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
ABAS is an independent community driven Company founded in 2017 with the commitment to serve the under-served families in Western Massachusetts with a passionate and high qualified team. ABAS is dedicated to using the highest standards for effective ABA to include professional and ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable federal state and local laws related to health safety and employment. Our team is committed to providing effective ABA in order to support individuals of all ages and developmental levels diagnosed with ASD achieve their fullest potential. This is accomplished by building a strong rapport with families and children and by providing services that include home visits community outings social skills groups childcare/school collaboration and consultation with the family. We use ABA to target skill acquisition decrease unwanted behavior and build a lifelong family and child relationship.
All Behavior Technicians are provided ongoing training and support from their BCBA for a rewarding career providing quality care with successful clinical outcomes. The programs implemented offer valuable growth for both child and family through one-on-one therapy and data collection designed to promote the childs highest potential. This requires excellent time management and commitment to scheduled shifts in order to maintain consistent client care. We pride ourselves on the highest standards of care through accountability clinical oversight and celebrating the continued progress of our teams and clients.
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable insured vehicle and be willing to travel between job sites
- Must have access to a computer and Internet data plan that meet minimum specifications
- Must maintain up-to-date CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology Education Applied Behavior Analysis Speech and Language Pathology or related field (preferred)
