Compensation: $20.00 $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification status)
Schedule: MondayFriday 9AM 11AM additional hours may be available including the option to work up to full-time
Were looking for a compassionate dependable and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe NM! Youll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) guided by a supervising BCBA.
Whether youre an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certifiedwell support you every step of the way with paid training mentorship and a caring team environment.
Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
Use positive evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
Collaborate with BCBAs caregivers and teammates
Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA
Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
Strong communication and organization skills
Patience empathy and commitment to helping others
Comfortable working weekday mornings 9am-11am
$20$27/hour based on experience and certification
