Behavior Technician Glendale

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic adhering to the professions high standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Masters-level clinicians ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
• Foster relationships with families consistently updating them on their childs progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (as verified by resume applicationor BACB attestation for RBT certification)
• Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development Psychology or related fields
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment(Soar will provide paid training)
  • RBT certification required for CO Springs location
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality isessential
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently shift positions quickly lift up to 50 lbs. sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time sit in a chair stand walk and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
• Computer and tablet literacy
• Ability to work on a team

What We Offer:

• $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.50 - $22.75. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
